Service Description
Come out and enjoy a guided class in making your own custom candle. Enjoy with friends and other candle making enthusiast as we guarantee you will enjoy this experience. Your candle bar session includes a candle vessel of your choice, all the necessary materials to make your custom candle, choice of label for your candle vessel, light refreshments and beverage. You are more than welcome to bring your own light refreshments as well. Classes typically last about 45 minutes to an hour. Once the class is done, the candles take about 1hr to set enough for you to take them home. Booking an experience includes all the materials needed during the class, plus your very own candle to take home afterward. During the workshop, you will get to pick your fragrance and your vessel, and then the instructor will guide you step by step on how to make your candle! Please note, we do not allow food “DURING” the experience, only after we have completed the guided class. Upon arrival you will be asked for proof of ID to checkin.* We Do Not allow other guests that have not booked the class into the workshop. We cannot accommodate pets or small children.

Cancellation Policy
Participants of Individual Candle Xperience must be 15+ years of age. Participants of Date Night and Private/Group Xperience must be 18+ years of age. Full payment must be paid at the time of booking. All cancellations that are made prior to our 7-day deadline will be honored with a 1 time reschedule for a future date by contacting us. All bookings that are made within 48hrs of a scheduled event do not qualify for a refund if a cancellation is made. If a guest fails to call or contact us for a missed reservation (no call, no show) this reservation is automatically forfeited. If a guest is unsure of a reschedule date a credit will be issued, and that credit can be used for an item on our online store. Guests are not permitted to reschedule their reservation more than once. A guest must reschedule or use their credit within 3 months of the original time booked or it will be forfeited. Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to your scheduled time. Any person arriving after 10mins, will not be able to participate and will have forfeited their seat, in which a refund will not be permitted. We understand that traffic can sometimes be difficult, so please plan accordingly. We cannot accept late guests into the class who are more than 10 minutes late; this is to ensure that everyone get the full candle making experience. You MUST be 21+ and over to consume alcohol, we do check ID! We are not liable for any accidents on or outside of the rented premises. If you arrive INTOXICATED, you will be asked to leave immediately, and your class will NOT be refunded nor rescheduled. No exceptions!! We do not allow infants, toddlers, children under 15, pets or observers during the class. Class must start on time in order for the candles to dry properly, so you can take them with you. If your entire group is not present at your scheduled time, we will start with those who are present. If no one is present at your designated start time, the class will be canceled and cannot be rescheduled. Please note, if we have started the class and someone arrives during or after the candle making portion, we will not reteach the process. Please keep in mind, arriving late will cut into the candle making time and if the candles are not dry by the end of class, you must have your candle shipped to you at the cost of $12.00. If someone is absent from your party, there are no refunds, so please ensure everyone is attending prior to booking.
