Service Description
With this package, you will experience making a candle the Dreamy4u Way! This experience is reserved for parties between 10-25 people. There is a $140 non-refundable booking fee to secure your private event. As soon as this is paid, a link or invoice will be prompted for your private party, and you will be able to book your group. This covers all candle making materials and your very own 16oz 3 wick custom candle for each person. Choose from a variety of fragrances, name your candle & create your one-of-a-kind candle. Enjoy your time with music, games, photo prop opportunity and light refreshments are provided along with a flute of red or white wine. For private parties, you may bring outside food and drinks, balloons and small decor. You are responsible for set up and clean up. Dreamy4u does not provide plates, napkins, silverware as that is the party responsibility. Ages 18+ are Welcomed! You MUST be 21 and over to consume alcohol, we do check ID! We do not allow infants, toddlers, children under 18, pets or observers during the class. Our private classes are perfect for a girl's night out, bachelorette parties, couples' night out, or corporate events.

Cancellation Policy
Participants of Individual Candle Xperience must be 15+ years of age. Participants of Date Night and Private/Group Xperience must be 18+ years of age. Full payment must be paid at the time of booking. All cancellations that are made prior to our 7-day deadline will be honored with a 1 time reschedule for a future date by contacting us. All bookings that are made within 48hrs of a scheduled event do not qualify for a refund if a cancellation is made. If a guest fails to call or contact us for a missed reservation (no call, no show) this reservation is automatically forfeited. If a guest is unsure of a reschedule date a credit will be issued, and that credit can be used for an item on our online store. Guests are not permitted to reschedule their reservation more than once. A guest must reschedule or use their credit within 3 months of the original time booked or it will be forfeited. Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to your scheduled time. Any person arriving after 10mins, will not be able to participate and will have forfeited their seat, in which a refund will not be permitted. We understand that traffic can sometimes be difficult, so please plan accordingly. We cannot accept late guests into the class who are more than 10 minutes late; this is to ensure that everyone get the full candle making experience. You MUST be 21+ and over to consume alcohol, we do check ID! We are not liable for any accidents on or outside of the rented premises. If you arrive INTOXICATED, you will be asked to leave immediately, and your class will NOT be refunded nor rescheduled. No exceptions!! We do not allow infants, toddlers, children under 15, pets or observers during the class. Class must start on time in order for the candles to dry properly, so you can take them with you. If your entire group is not present at your scheduled time, we will start with those who are present. If no one is present at your designated start time, the class will be canceled and cannot be rescheduled. Please note, if we have started the class and someone arrives during or after the candle making portion, we will not reteach the process. Please keep in mind, arriving late will cut into the candle making time and if the candles are not dry by the end of class, you must have your candle shipped to you at the cost of $12.00. If someone is absent from your party, there are no refunds, so please ensure everyone is attending prior to booking.
